Amazing staff made our trip special

The hospitality shines here, from surprise gifts in our room to cheerful staff members who went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed. Every meal brought fresh options that delighted my palate.

The WiFi connection in the room was quite weak was good. The limited variety of vegetarian options in the dining selections was disappointing.

Huge double room with a large balcony and nice veiw. All in all the best location, just off the beach and aqua park, the main restaurant and the waterpark. Again, not far from Lago Taurito Water Park.

Good sized, brand-new room, so efficient staff from the cooks to the waiting team to the managers. A spotlessly clean building in the middle of Taurito.

The entertainment was excessively loud, hindering peaceful nights!!! The children's diet options were disappointing, and snacks needed more flavor!!! Wi-Fi connectivity frustrations left us annoyed, and we struggled for sun loungers around the pool!!!

The location is great, right by the beach and the waterpark is really fun for kids. The staff are super nice, especially pepi who is always smiling and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard which was cool. Loved the spacious rooms with seaview. Even though the food could get repetitive, there were some nice seafood options.

A Family Adventure with Water Fun

We spent seven nights enjoying the splash park, which delighted our daughter. The Double Room with a Sea View was lovely, but arrive early for sunbeds. The limited drink options at the pool were a bit frustrating. Consider packing some snacks to enjoy between meals.

The access to the aqua park was a total blast! Our family loved the thrilling slides and relaxing pools, perfect for both kiddos and grown-ups. Plus, the evening entertainment was good, with shows that brought everyone together for wholesome fun!

The food was a good adventure, with an ever-changing menu that kept my taste buds dancing, especially the grilled dishes, made for some epic culinary stories! Especially Ali, went the extra mile to, and we loved the vibrant evening activities that added sparkle to our stay.

Sure, the trek to get to the hotel can be a hassle without an airport shuttle, and we did spot a couple of uninvited guests in the form of cockroaches. The water in the pool was also a bit too salty for my liking, but it hardly dampened our spirits with all the fun around.

We had a fantastic week! The spacious rooms were beautifully clean with stunning sea views, and the dining options, while a bit repetitive, often included delicious fresh seafood. The only downside was the pool bar food, which could use improvement.

Decent option for a weekend break in Taurito with a good price-value balance. Enjoyed the variety of food available throughout the day, including tasty pizza and ice cream. Be early for the sunbeds to secure a good spot by the pool.

Very spacious rooms with a beautiful terrace view. The food was varied, and I found plenty of gluten-free options. Every allergen was clearly mentioned. The nearby activities were enjoyable. A relaxing experience for a solo traveler 🌟
